Reall, the international funding partner of LinkBuild, conducted a weeklong visit to the Philippines to monitor and gather updates on institution’s activities and programs. Several workshops were carried out with LB and its other Philippine Alliance partners from December 5 – 10, 2016, discussing particularly LinkBuild’s capacity as a Housing Development Enterprise in crafting its own products and securing its niche in the market.

Octobor 31, 2016 - The regular bi-annual Reall Stakeholders’ Group (RSG) meeting was held in the U.K., at a very relaxing and peaceful conference venue on the outskirts of Leamington Spa town, not very far from the Reall offices in Coventry. In this meeting, LinkBuild was represented by its Board President, Marlon Palomo; its Executive Director, May Domingo Price; and its Senior Finance Officer, Grace Go.
From October 10 to 15, 2016, LinkBuild Inc., as Reall Implementing Partner since 2014, hosted the Milestone Evaluation (ME) of the Community-led Infrastructure Finance Facility (CLIFF) second phase extension (CLIFF2B) implementation in the Philippines, undertaken by urban planner and architect, Michael Majale, PhD.
Two times a year, Reall hosts a gathering of all its implementing partners, its funding partners, and other supporters for three to five days. In addition to the formal business meeting and partner review sessions, this gathering is also used as a platform for learning, where discussions and training around strategic themes are held. The partners also make use of this opportunity to mutually share and learn from each others’ experiences, as well as to hold bilateral discussions with Reall for specific organisational and programme concerns.
On January 4, 2016, the Mayor of Iloilo City, Hon. Jed Patrick Mabilog signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Philippine Alliance institutions to jointly implement 45 units of core housing in Uswag Subdivision, Bgy. San Isidro, Jaro, Iloilo City.
